SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
All UK orders are shipped free of charge and take 3-5 business days to arrive, however you do have the option for next day delivery at an additional cost for all orders placed before 12pm GMT
EU and International orders are shipped using UPS with delivery charges applied at check out, however any duties, taxes, handling costs and other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you are completely happy with any product purchased from Lucie Porter but should you wish to return your item we offer a 14 day returns policy. All refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt.
However if 14 days has past we are unable to offer a refund and also reserve the right to refuse any returns that have been soiled, washed or altered in any way.
All items must be returned and received in the original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed with all swing tickets, and hygiene stickers intact. Please also ensure the original invoice is included with your returned item.
All UK returns are free of charge just email us: customerservice@lucieporter.com quoting your order number and the reason for the return. At this time all EU and International returns are the sole responsibility of the customer and we advise all customers to return items using a trackable postal service ensuring the commercial invoice is included with your item.

Sale items are final sale and unfortunately we do not over refunds, Only full price items are refundable.
